Service runs from 7 pm to 11 pm; the kitchen closes at 10:30. The chef's six‑course tasting is available Tuesday through Saturday and asked for at the time of booking, not at the table. Smart, considered dress.

Last orders thirty minutes before close. The chef's tasting is paced over two hours; the à la carte runs to ninety minutes.

Valet parking is available at the building's east entrance from 6:30 pm. The chef's table is held sixty days in advance.

A few honest answers

Reservation policies.

Cancel or amend more than twenty‑four hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside twenty‑four hours, a small per‑cover deposit is retained from the card on file. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case.

The dining room is intentionally adults‑only after 7 pm — the room reads quieter when it is. Younger guests are warmly welcomed at private dining; please raise it at booking.

Tell us at booking. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten‑free, nut‑free, shellfish‑free all kept easy. The kitchen reads booking notes carefully and the floor will not ask you again at the table.

Parties of nine or more we arrange via private dining — the alcove for ten or the main room for buy‑outs. Please use the private dining enquiry.

Smart, considered. There is no jacket rule. The room reads warm in any well‑chosen outfit; the only requests we make are please not athleticwear and please not sleeveless dress shirts.
